She said this would be the best way to recoup the money. As months passed I believed Anna was taking payment and it was going into an account. Later I find out that she forgot to tell the client. THEN Anna has the audacity to try to charge me for a 15 minute phone call that she made to FINALLY tell the client she is passed due and what the payment arrangement should be. We lost all momentum and client never paid. I would NOT RECOMMEND this law firm. I'm out close 1000 I paid Anna for nothing and out close to 2k from the client."
