"As a self-employed company, I used Erickson tax service and over the last couple years I realized something wasn’t right when I would ask certain questions. So this year I went to a different company and now we have to amend the last three years because Eriksen Tax services was not doing their job correctly as in zero depreciation. They also failed to file an extension for me last year so it cost me about $1000 in fees and they filed a month later then whenever I paid for them to file my taxes. When I had another tax company call to get paperwork from them they couldn’t find me as a previous customer, go figure! So stay away or they will screw up your taxes. They have been deleting the negative reviews on Google as well."

"I done business with this company before in the pass.But this time around was horrible. As a customer the customer services that was give was horrible. I went to get my taxes done the guy rush through them and not explain to me about fees that I would have to pay with early advancement, then I was told my taxes would be around 280.00 to have done he changed me 396.00 which was ridiculous. I asked him did fees go up and the guy the owner who did my taxes said yes. I told him if fees went up you should have told me that at the time when my tax we’re getting process then I could’ve went to H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt or another private company. Please ask what the fees are and get it writing before you leave this place. Because Obviously they are taking more out of your taxes than what was agreed to. Sad and unfortunate that people get over people at a time when they are looking to receive the return greed and the love of money is the root of all evil. -sad"
