Reviews
"Dr. Less is my provider for OB at Metro Partners. He came highly recommended by a nurse friend of mine. This is my second child and he’s a great doctor, treats the nurses very well and makes me feel at ease! I’m looking forward to working with him as our personalities mash well together."
"I saw Ronald Less two times. The first time he was extremely helpful, very nice and explained everything thoroughly to me. I’m hard of hearing so I read lips and he was even nice enough to pull down his mask so I could hear him better (I was still wearing one). The second time I was completely shocked at how he treated me. I had confided to the nurse doing my ultrasound that I have suspicions about having endometriosis due to very serious symptoms I experience during my period. Some of the symptoms also tied in to what I was originally there for. She told Ronald Less and as soon as he came into the room I could tell he seemed upset with me. I showed him a list I had written down of my symptoms and this seemed to make him even more upset, he refused to read my list except a couple things. When he was talking I reminded him I can’t hear very well and he refused to pull his mask down this time, even talking to me while looking away from me. I don’t know if that was intentional but it seemed like it was. I feel almost as if he was upset because he felt as if I was “telling him his job” or something of that sort. When it came time for him to check my stomach/pelvis area for pain, he pointed to the table and was aggressive with how he told me to lay down. This was a complete opposite of how he treated me the first time. I told him I wasn’t willing to take birth control to help with periods because of the negative experiences I had with *so many* of them (before he said anything about birth control.) and right after that he told me I should try another kind. Didn’t even bring up any other kind of solutions or things to try. When the appointment was over he said something to me while looking away and then closed the door on me. I read through some other reviews of him online and the only other negative ones mention how he isn’t a great listener and seems as if he wants to get the appointment over with. I agree with that, and I will say I didn’t have that experience until I was telling him how I felt instead of answering his questions. Very terrible experience, don’t recommend him."
