"Respectful, prompt, on time, and casual. I don’t like that I paid 115 for 20 mins of something of a consultation or evaluation only to tell me what I already told them what my problem was. Their camera was broken (so they couldn’t use it) and the drain machine pulled back mud or dirt ( we already knew this though) so to be honest they still don’t even know if there was a problem beyond that. Obviously we couldn’t have been their target consumer because they just so happen to have a wait list and a short staff for their company. As of right now find another company who does either cheaper or free diagnostics oh and who is gonna be able to do the work if need be. They couldn’t help me but I paid for not even the full hour. They maybe a better fit for your situation like I said they were respectful and prompt and ready but that just didn’t sit well in my spirit. It’s gonna get better though for all of us."
