"Took phone in because it was powering down. Because of their Samsung policy, I was told I would have to get the front and back glass fixed before it leaves the store if they could fix it and they would give me a call to let me know. I never received a call until time to for pickup when I was charged for front and back glass but still having problem I initially brought it in for. Took it back two days later. After back and forth for about two weeks and now the phone won’t power on at all. I am told it can’t be repaired. So now I’m questioning the “172 point test” that didn’t detect this in the beginning and the diagnostic before being charged for what I didn’t even bring it in for. The tech insinuated I dropped the phone or something. I was highly disappointed because I understand they may not have been able to fix it but they didn’t even try to make it right. The guy who checked me in didn’t check it in for what I brought it in for but what I would have to pay if they were able to fix it. I was charged 250 + taxes for a front and back glass of a phone I can’t even use. He refunded the front glass but not the back glass. Said if they can’t fix it, they would have to revert it back to it’s original state but that didn’t happen either. I don’t understand if the phone couldn’t be repaired and I was still having the same problem I originally took it in for, how did it pass the 172 point test the first time I picked it up and what does that test entail that doesn’t detect an irreparable issue and let’s not talk about how this snowballed into other areas."

"Shane was Awesome! Very informative, and helpful. They said the estimated time for repair was 2 hours. It would have been right on point too but I forgot to release the pin code to Shane so it delayed things. They were VERY professional when attaining the pin code, and did not treat me like an idiot even though they did ask for it to I was there in person and I didn't give it to them accidentally. Strongly suggest seeking out Shane at UBreakIFix. If he isn't a manager, he should be."
