"Showed up late, did a bare minimum job. Less than one week later, my pipe was showing signs of the same clog. The woman on the phone said they would charge me full price to come back out again. I understand they don't warranty unclogging pipes, it makes sense, but they were rude about it and did not care about my business. I called another plumbing company and they did the job right. "So, we had a late night leak develop from our water heater. I really didn't want to mess with it, because it was behind the wall and I don't really like plumbing. Any other pages, and I called Roto-Rooter. Robbie came out a short while afterward, and helped me diagnose the problem. I actually decided to do the repair myself, after looking at it with him. Not because I don't think they would do a good job, but because it turned out to be less complicated than originally feared.
