"Nelson was terrific helping us out of a bad situation when we broke down on a roadtrip passing through town. He stayed late after normal closing hours on a Friday night so AAA could drop the car off inside his shop! He communicated clearly and was able to get us back on the road in a couple of hours at reasonable cost. Helped us make the best of a bad situation and even gave us a ride from our hotel when the car was ready."
