"Terrible customer service, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive! Bank representative actually told our customer that we should not ask for an account number, when we where paying off that account!! Customer understood and still gave us the account information, to ensure the bank applied the funds and released the title!!!! Again terrible customer service, employees who falsely accuse us of doing anything wrong and slandered our name!!"

"This location has some of the laziest management and employees I have ever experienced. I cannot count on my fingers the amount of times I have gone to pay a loan payment at this location and either been denied for some ridiculous minuscule reason or arrived during posted hours to find that no one was there that day. Just yesterday I went to pay a payment and they were closed. The previous day the roads were icy but that day they we’re absolutely fine. Clearly laziness and excuses on the part of employees and management. But if you can bear it then at least you get good rates."
