"For me had been 15 years before walking back into an H&R, due to a negative experience. Fast fwd to 3 days ago. The front desk are cheerful, as are the tax specialists. The downside is my tax specialist with "8 years prior experience or so", does not understand tax laws obviously. I was told 3 times that my domestic partner, and child could not be used as dependents as we are not married, though we have been living together on only my income for a couple of years. She even went on to tell me about some Trump tax law that was still in place that was tbe reason (I mean it sounded believeable). After extensive research and calling other tax advisors, I found that not to be true. So basically my trust in the place that charges on average of 300 per hour, hands me false information that could have led me to have to file an ammendment, due to their lack of knowledge. I know many of yall that live here in Springdale are not married, so do your tax research before these "professionals ", ruin your day as they did mine. I know not all H&R are the same, but 2 different locations, states, same outcome. Would never recommend anyone to this location in general. Still awaiting the call back from the office manager "in ten minutes", which has been almost 2 days!! Shows a lot about the place in that alone!!"

"The people who helped me last year were so kind and helpful. I tried to get a copy of my tax return emailed to me and the guy at the front desk was so rude. The app kept saying unable to download so I told him that and he just kept saying “it should be fairly simple” even after me just asking him to email it to me…"
