"We had just bought a vehicle today that said the coverage was effective today 12/20/2021. When the car broke down at around 9:00 pm we tried to put in a roadside assistance request and we were told that our policy for the new vehicle would not show up in their system for the next week. So we would have to PAY for the tow of our vehicle and they would reimburse us later on. This is literally the worse company I have ever had insurance with and WILL be LOOKING INTO other insurance companies. Our vehicle is now on the side of a freeway over an hour later and we just bought the vehicle. If I could leave no stars, I would."
