"Mark's assistants are top notch! They are diligent and quick to respond. Mark however is not. We've been long term clients for over 10 years but recently, felt like he didn't care about our business at all. Not issuing re-quote requests or simply returning emails or phone calls with multiple follow ups made. We have since gone elsewhere and wouldn't recommend this company. It's unfortunate as we tried many times to communicate but were met with silence without any explanation. We wouldn't have left had we been treated like our business mattered."
