They have Russian speaking stuff which is very helpful for new immigrants or older immigrants who are not as comfortable with dental procedure to start with. Everyone is very pleasant. My dentist Dr. Galina and her assistant were incredibly amazing!! They were both very empathetic, very sweet and encouraging, had impeccable bedside manner, and made the whole experience as good as possible. "I have been going to Dr. Gendler & his clinic for an almost a year now due to an accident that resulted in implant and crowns. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff, the care I received and results are so good! I had fear and trauma from past dental experience & these guys took my fears away. From making sure I had warm blanket, to kind words, to turning a good movie of my choice on while they did their job. From staff to doctor the treatment was top of the line. "Decided to try Gendler after spending my whole life going to a different dentist - a major chain that did not feel like they cared about me at all and made me feel like everything was wrong with me. My visit to Gendler was the complete opposite. They were reassuring, kind, gentle, and it was a really pleasant experience - not something I have ever said about the dentist. The prices also seemed really fair. Every staff member was kind including the receptionists, hygienist, and doctor. I will continue to go here for a long time and would recommend it to anyone!"
