"They sell $3,000 vacuums but can’t afford to keep the office open. I’ve called the number provided to me from the seller who came knocking at my door. I’ve left voicemails to set up an appointment with no response. I’ve left notes at the door. I don’t live close by, it’s so upsetting to see this location is never open not even during the business hours posted on the door. They are a joke. Does anyone know the number to corporate to file a complaint."
"Took our money for tax after completing the program and has never paid off our system! No answers when I call. Terrible way to treat people. Update: Was informed that even though we completed the program months ago and we do not live near the facility; we had to drive to sign papers and from ecthat date up to 8 weeks that they will pay off. Will update in one week as that is 8 weeks total. Loan company states no pay off or paper work has been completed to pay loan off or show program completed. Why would they cash my check automatically but not pay off my loan quickly?"
"Bought a rainbow vacuum, paid in full the night I bought it. He said one of the attachments was used so he would get me a new one. The scent bottles he had were both used one was half empty, he said he would get more for me also, its been almost 2 months. I even called about the problem, was told it would be taken care of. If they can't get that done I do not feel like if something goes wrong with the vacuum they will stand behind it. I really want my money and the vacuum I give them as a trade in back."
"I have never wrote a negative review about a company until now and I have given the company over a month to make it right. I bought a vacuum back in December at that time paid cash and asked for no money or extra accessories. However after I found I can get the product way cheaper if cash or more accessories but the people that came to my house were young and I wanted for them to make their commission as I believe they rightfully deserve. At the time paying cash I was offered a free 100 dollar item or 100 off. I decided to do the item. They charged my card the incorrect amount the amount for 100 off, but at that time they admitted it was their fault so told me I would get both. The accessory I had to pick up at a later time. When my husband went to pick the accessory up he was called a liar and told he had to pay for accessory or give referrals. I called the manager and the manger told me he would drop it but that he still did not believe me. I Felt I would not argue because obviously he has some young adults working for him that are still learning. At that time he told me I would get my 2 free accessories if I got 3 referrals. Left and right they were telling me why certain ones would not work. I played the game and got them some. Then the person that was working with me had her baby and I could not get anyone to return my call. At this time I stated I would just pay the dang accessories but still nothing. I finally got another manager Bryan Cole whom said get him one more person and I would get my stuff. I gave him a name over a week ago of that person and he said he would do the demo himself. He has yet to return my text messages following up or reach out to that person. I have never paid cash for something so expensive and been treated like liar and ignored by a company. I will be trying to get my products online and I would do the same if I were you. I have another friend that was treated the same and lied to about her financing the product when her first bill was due and could not get anyone to help her. Once they get your money they don’t care. I’m sorry to write this review because I understand a lot of it is uneducated young people trying but when you pay what they want for this expensive item there should be major follow through."
