"I was given an estimate for $300. to replace the actuator on a 2011 Chevrolet Impala. I scheduled the repair and dropped it off. Several hrs later I received a call stating that it was substantially more work then they anticipated due to a dual zone system so it would cost $1000.00 to perform this repair. I told him I couldn't pay $700. more then the original estimate so i told him i'd be by to pick up the car. When I arrived I was appalled to find out I had a bill for the minimum charge of $67.00. You'd think as soon as they looked at the dashboard and saw dual zone system they knew what would be required. Very disappointing."
