"Terrible service. Asked them them to assess my dishwasher. They said they had to order a part. 1-2 months later no word. I contacted them multiple times. Later they said they could expedite it by ordering a part off eBay, but it would cost twice as much. I have since moved on to another company. Strongly would not recommend"

"They called me to schedule the appointment. I asked how much a service call was. He stated that it would be $49. He said that if I let them do the work, they would discount the $49. I knew the problem. It was a bearing, and I said that you don't need to come out. I talked him into giving me a quote over the phone. They got back to me within 15 minutes and said we don't even change bearings on your type washer."

Kyle came out and fixed the problem and we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism we updated our range to a newer model we had been looking at. "THe guy was nice enough but he diagnosed the oven problem as the spark module and quoted $336 for the part and $80 for labor. I checked on line and the part sells for $129 for a new brand name part. Trusting his diagnosis (why, I don't know) I ordered the part and installed it in 30 minutes...but the spark module wasn't the problem. I tested the gas valve and found it faulty, ordered one and fixed the problem. The gross overcharging for the part is the most irritating thing for me."
