"We had some issues with our ductwork in our new house, and Ozark Mountain Air was one of three companies we got quotes from, but the ONLY one that did a thorough enough inspection to determine there was already hard pipe in place, eliminating the need for a full replacement. One vendor didn't show up to their own appointment, and the other two who DID were very happy to do a cursory inspection, assume it was all flex-duct instead of even looking under the plastic wrap, and quote us $6-8k. They were personable, professional, and above all honest. During the repair, they even determined that the main trunk didn't actually need a full replacement (only some of the offshoots), so the total was a fraction of their original quote. Honest business like that is exactly how you earn a customer for life, and one who will send plenty of other people their way. Their office staff is very busy, but don't let that deter you from using this vendor: in all likelihood, they're so busy because there are plenty of customers who recognize the value they'll get.
