"Great service! We needed a circuit board replaced on one of our doors. They came the next day and not only replaced the circuit board, but checked and serviced both of our doors and only charged us for the circuit board and service! Their technician is very friendly and helpful! We needed service again because our sensors weren't working on the same door. The technician came out and saw that a wire had come loose from one of the sensors that we hadn't noticed. He quickly re-attached the wire and said he should have checked it when he was here before, and didn't even charge us a service call! The receptionist was friendly and the technician is great to work with. Highly recommend!"

"They either need to hire more people or take on less jobs! They need a real person to take calls and not go through a cell phone that is almost always full! We built a new home and our contractor wanted us to use them. They would never call us back, the contractor had to call them to have them call us. Finally after we received a call back we were happy with the service. However, we have been in our NEW home for less than 3 months and one of the garage doors will not open. We purchased the most expensive doors they had with the most expensive openers. Needless to say, we are very frustrated! We have called our contractor since Tuesday afternoon (this being Thursday morning) and still have not heard from them! I understand they may be busy but come on my car is stuck in the garage and it is a pain to have to climb on top of my car to do the door manually. For what we paid for these doors that is not acceptable!"
