"DO NOT GO HERE! I went here in an emergency situation because I got a bad flat on my 2023 ZL1 and I was there for over an hour and a half while they attempted to get my tire off only to have them tell me that they couldn't get it off with their machine so they were going to patch it from the outside and shoot tire slime inside it. After they got done I noticed they damaged my rim so I went in the next morning to talk to a manager about it and of course the tech was saying it was like that before he touched it. I filed a claim for damage against them and spent over an hour on hold and nobody ever answered my call so I left a message and nobody called me back either."

"Went to get my oil changed and the guy at the front desk (young guy with glasses) had horrible customer service. Acted like he didn't want to be there and seemed like didn't know what he was talking about. Had to tell him my phone number 3 times and it's pretty easy to remember. They changed my oil and marked declined on some of the checks simply because they didn't want to do it. I had to ask someone to check it because I know I didn't decline it. They didn't vacuum my car but luckily I didn't need it, they marked decline on it too! Then it said my air filter was bad so I got a new one to have it replaced though no one could've told me that? I only found out because i looked at the receipt where the declined stuff was. The guy at the desk started changing the air filter for me and lost a piece! They spent FOREVER trying to find it! I get he was trying to help but leave it to the people who know what they're doing! Asked about my tires and was shocked they charge a fee to install it even if I buy their tires! I'm going somewhere else for that. Thought it would be a fast service, JUST OUTRAGEOUS!"

"Great prices, people, and helpful. No other shop has better prices unless it is paired with a major coupon. Most places prices begin where Walmarts prices top out."

"I had a standard oil change and headlight restoration done. There was nobody else waiting when I arrived in the morning, but it took 20 min for them to start working on my car. It was almost 2 hrs by the time everything was done and then their computer system took forever to work. I paid for the standard oil change and they did not vacuum my car. In fact, they took the liberty to put "declined" when I looked at the receipt. The headlight job appears to be done well at least. 2 stars for long wait and dishonest service."

"I ordered my tires online at a decent price. That’s why I’m giving it two stars instead of one. When ordering it gives you the option to have the tires installed at the center you choose and also gives you an option to choose what time you want your appointment. After selecting the time I preferred to have them installed I was given a notice telling me to make sure I’m at least 15 minutes early of my selected appointment time. So…. When I arrived early to have my tires installed I showed them the barcode that I was told to give them according to the website. I was then told by the associate that they “don’t do appointments. You’ll have to wait like everybody else”. I asked how come the website says they do and of course they said “we don’t know why they do that”. Then I was told that I was going to be mad because there was at least a two to three hour wait. Fortunately for me I only live a couple of blocks away so I walked back home. For those that don’t live close by then unfortunately they would have to explore the store. I worked for Walmart over 17 years and this has always been one of their greedy schemes to make you spend more money while waiting. When my car was finally finished I paid for the extended warranty for the tires. After leaving they only gave me one page of my receipt of what they had completed and installed. Of course I was missing the second page that was supposed to tell me about my warranty coverage. I guess it’s my own mistake for choosing Walmart to install tires."
