"Mislead from the drop off. Called after no response in the time frame that they had given. Was told they took the iPad to Roger’s and would be fixed the next day. 2 days later called again and was told the one guy who does repairs was out of town and they would bring my non fixed device back on the following Monday. Following Tuesday rolls around and an told the one guy is still out of town but they can have it fixed by Thursday or would finally bring back the still broken device back on Wednesday and call me when it was there. Surprise no call just like the last 2 times they were suppose to call. Finally after 2 weeks I just picked up my still broken device. The owner is rude as can be on the phone and just tries taking over you and continued his next day chant. Watch and see what smart response he has. I wish I would have trusted the bad reviews this place had. First time I have felt strongly enough to review anyplace or thing. One solid I’m sorry would have saved this response."
