"Josh helped us with hail damage to our siding and roof. He dealt with the insurance company and made the entire experience stress free for us. Even when we had an issue with the first roof (uneven coloring) Josh assured me he would take care of it. To my surprise it was fixed within a week! Even my neighbors commented how impressed they were with Exterior Pro’s customer service. I was expecting it to take months while the manufacturer and the distributor sorted out what happened but that didn’t stop Josh from fixing it immediately. "From start to finish, Richard and this company have been nothing but professional, accommodating and honest. He/They have kept us in the loop for all deliveries, demolition and what to expect. He has given us a very positive experience, despite us being a bit hesitant to get these updates and repairs done on the house. The roofing was done within the day, the crew was personable and attempted to keep us in the know when it was necessary. Richard did let us know that being outside of the house would probably be a good idea but a good pair of noise cancelling headphones made the world of difference. The siding crew were here for a few days, they worked with us to make sure we could still get the doggos outside and kept us in the know as well with any decisions that may have impacted the final result of the siding.
