"So, I can't really recommend this place. I've gone there twice trying to pick up computers, and couldn't because the people there couldn't help me. The first time was a desktop, but it was password locked, and the helper who knew it was out and about and wouldn't come back. The second time was today; tried to buy a really nice laptop, but they couldn't find the power cord for it. The boss never even spoke to me, and the assistant couldn't find the cord anywhere. Why do they have a laptop on display for sale, but don't make sure the right cord is with it? They basically acted liked they didn't care, but they were more interested that another customer got just the boombox he wanted. They're not bad people, just really disorganized, so... I guess I'll go to a dealer that's interested in making a sale."

"Couple days ago, I came in with my daughter to pawn some gold rings and other jewelry from my long deceased wife. I figured, we needed money and Jane (my wife) wouldn't mind. Anyways, we came to the store closer to lunch hours around 2:30 pm. We were greeted by Jeff, an older gentleman who was helping us. We started talking money, and I explained the situation that we are currently in. He said that the amount of money that he could give us for jewelry would not be enough, but there is something he could do while looking at my 12 year old daughter. The smirk on his face and the way he nodded at me made it feel weird, as he said that he could give us more and we get to keep our jewelry, if he gets to spend some time alone with my daughter. Is this how democrats are? I am never coming back! This old creep needs to be fired and punished. I'm sure I'm not the first one."
