Yes, I need a necklace repaired - stopped in and waited patiently when Lindsey was available I explained a need to speak with the repairman to discuss a potential solution for the repair. She said I couldn't speak with him, indeed when I explained I would need to speak with, She replied "What you don't trust us?" Pretty horrific response for a customer service person. I'll go where customer service equals the talent of the jewelry repair. I would suggest you shop elsewhere."
