"Companies cannot please everyone all of the time. But the previous review is obviously written by a bitter woman thinking she deserves the world handed to her; at a discount...90% of her reviews are negative because she did not get a discount or her appointment on time or another trivial complaint. She needs some patience, reality check, and to know that just because her bid was high is not because she is old or female it is because quality work costs money. When you pay less you get less. I have been in contracting for years and people always expect something for free or discount; for what? Hostetler got a low review for what? Giving her a bid she did not like? That is not even a reason to give a low review, not a reason at all. So, I am giving them a 5 star review to level out her monotony. If I were them I would have refused to do a free bid for you based on your reviews."
