"If I could give 0 I would. Took my car in for an alignment 4 months ago with new tires put on and after 3 months those new tires were torn to shreds on the inside. Tired to get my car back in with Carlton but was advised it would be a 2 week wait and that having multiple alignments done is common. Finally got my car into a different shop today to have another alignment done and the mechanics didn't believe me when I said the car had a previous alignment 4 months ago, said there hadn't been one done. My car is aligned finally, but not from here."
