He continued to be a point of contact throughout the entire process and we never felt like we were handed off or left hanging. We were equally impressed when Matt introduced us to Nick, who would oversee the project, and Justin, who would be the main contractor. From start to finish these guys and a few other helpers including Carey and Suzanne were fantastic! I grew accustomed to seeing Justin every day for three weeks and he is SUCH a delight that I literally missed him after the project had finished. Please tell me of a contractor that you miss when they have left… That is how special this company is! Oh, and they also happen to do beautiful work. Justin always gave me a report at the end of the day to explain or answer any questions I had. He was patient, meticulous, and held himself to a very high standard. I never felt like things were being done half-way and I never felt confused or unsure of decisions. If there ever was a last-minute question, Matt, Nick, or Justin were always available by text or call. "This is our second project with MAC (they previously renovated the basement and built rooms and bathrooms). Obviously we were very happy with them as we hired them again for another project. They took a disgusting and dated master bathroom and created an elegant and open space that maximized the available space and made good use of the property's positive aspects.
