"We built a commercial building that was completed in 2018. The contractor used HDI for the plumbing in the building. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to you guys. Jacob, was out of the country last week. I left him a message about a minor problem that we were having. Despite being out of the country and having no obligation to us whatsoever, they had a guy there within the hour to fix a spigot that would have left us in a bind over the weekend. Jorge is the tech that has helped us with these issues, and he is extremely helpful, professional, and just straight up nice.
