Then snaked clean out to city man hole across road (150’) so for 250 feet, that’s the rate to help others estimate. There is a tree that grows near the line from house to clean out so my issue was roots."

"They loosened a pipe as they were snaking a drain. The pipe started to leak. When I called the owner, he was very short and kept saying it was not their fault even though I did not say that it was. The owner had no interest in evaluating the situation, providing customer service, or speaking professionally. He had the technician who was working on the drain call me. The technician said that he understood what had happened and would "make it right" and talk to his boss. They came back out and sealed the pipe that was leaking as a result of their work with no talk of how much it would cost me.
