"My mom passed June 2022 & we ordered a headstone July 2022. We’ve been calling and CALLING with excuses. We asked for the manufacturer number and was told they weren’t able to give it out or they’d lose their contract with them. We were told it would take 6 months MAX. It has officially been 6 months with no update on where they are in the process! Phones go to voicemail if they recognize the number. Instead of comforting my grandmother when she called to ask, she instead decided to give us a sob story on how she’s been sick! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They show no compassion and do everything on their own time!"
