"7:00 a.m. appointment. So far, the only good part about this place is the overnight staging area. Checked in at 6:00 for my appointment. Wasn't given a door until 8:30. I paid my lumper fee at 10:00. Here it is, 11:00 already, and neither Ben e Keith nor crapstone knows what's going on. They're both saying the other is delaying the process. Well, if Ben e Keith has to be a part of the unloading/counting process, what the hell is the point of having crapstone on site?"

"This location and all Ben E Keith Locations has overnight parking and staging area, also you checking in at the guard shock or use the barcode and check in by yourself and wait in your truck and will get a call most likely before your appointment time. Lumber fees is little bit expensive. I had 3pallets and the charge $170. Which I dont care about it but need some adjustment. All other areas Ben E Keith are awesome. No wasting time. In and out in 2hrs or less."

"I heard about the overnight parking and came straight here. 9pm at night on Monday 1-29-24 and had 7spots open AT the entrance. Spotless new pavement --. Security does it's job,does circles and tells you how to check in. Downloaded the q.r. reader, checked in from my cab. I awoke at 4am and got a call saying they are ready for me nearly 5 hours before appointment. It's so rare these days to find a man who can actually MANAGE a warehouse this size that it takes you by surprise. Job well done sir, wish they could clone you, triple your salary and have you teach the inner city dope users and nihilists that accomplishing a difficult job is it's own reward."

"Checked in at 6am for 7am appt...got door at 6:45am and unloaded in one hour...lumper $140 for 26 pallets...out at 8:20am ...overnight parking available"

"If you are a drop & hook security will NOT let you sleep on the property. Live unload yes but not drop & hook. They do not care if you are out of hours they will ask you to leave. They DO NOT volunteer this information when you check in. Overnight security told me I could sleep there but the officer and staff on duty at 4a.m. told me no because I was a drop & hook. They gave me the option to live unload but didn't volunteer the sleep info until after I had dropped my trailer. They were aware that when I arrived at 9p.m. I had 3:38 left to legally move around. At 4a.m. the next morning that would be a different story. They didn't care. Everything else was alright."
