"AAVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, CONSISTENTLT DISAPPOINTED WITH UPS!!!Customer center was NOT the issue. It was our delivery drivers incompetence as well as the company as a whole. Had a package rescheduled for delivery 18 DAYS LATER!!! by a driver who made no attempt to deliver my package. I have video evidence that no delivery attempt was made and UPS had no record of who resceduled the delivery."

"They have no idea where my package is. Drove an hour to pick it up and the man at the counter says it was on a truck. UPS already knows they don’t deliver to my address so why was it loaded on a delivery truck???? The app said it was at the UPS in Little Rock! He says he will have the CS rep call me, she does and tells me what I already know, that you don’t deliver to my house!! Still no idea where my package was, but I can come back and pick it up??? I’m not driving another hour to pick it up!!! All my other packages have been delivered to the UPS store in Benton. I picked up one there on Saturday. So what changed between Saturday and Tuesday?? The only positive thing I will say the man at the counter was nice."

"This distribution center starting to be horrible on delivery times. The drivers not delivering packages claiming roads are bad in neighborhoods when roads are clear. I just got off phone with rep telling me package was not delivered because bad weather. I told lady roads are clear in all midtown and WLR. Why are your driver's lying about road conditions. Have been truck driver 33 years and know what bad roads are definitely not bad roads when all snow has melted in neighborhoods accept for few patches in shade. UPS needs to tighten up because service to expensive for this nonsense. Also get rid of drivers that do not want to work. Update:: My package was delivered today at wrong address in Little Rock. Now I have do not know where my package is located in town. 01/20/24. UPS you have horrible service and drivers. How hell your driver's can not read an address on box."

"I give the distribution center 5 stars! The UPS delivery drivers on the other hand, are LAZY !! I was very specific on delivery instructions but because it’s cold, they don’t want to do their job! Amazon had NO PROBLEM getting out their truck to come and find my apartment number! The UPS driver literally comes in the gate, rides thru the complex, and leave out the other gate! Then want to put it as they couldn’t find the apartment when in reality, you didn’t even bother to look !!!! INSANITY"

"UPS this customer service center isn't bad. It's more or less the location. Which I do understand being by the airport. You can quickly send and receive packages, overnight them but for me it's the location. My experience at the UPS Customer Center, the gentleman that I worked with was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Got my package and I left. Didn't have any issues. I've been here a few times and it's never a problem. Things like when your package gets rerouted or a missed delivery and has to come to this location. It's usually a rule or a request on the sender end that makes it a little difficult. Like I had a package and because the sender did not allow for the destination to be changed, I had to come here to pick up the package. That's not UPS fault, that's the request of the sender."
