"If I could give Priority1 0 starts I would. Sales reps are pushy, will not take "my company does not need Priority1 service" for an answer. The sales reps that I have dealt sent serval emails a day and voicemails. I explained to multiple agents that I do not need the services of Priority1. The final interaction with Priority1 is want has prompted me to leave this review. January 18,2024 a sales rep from Priority1 Philadelphia area obtained a personal cell phone number that he believed to be mine. It was not my number it was my mother's cellphone. He called my mother looking for me. My mother gave me the number and I called to tell this pushy salesmen to never call my personal phone and any other personal phone the you think would be a means of communicating. Sale rep apologized and say he was just doing his job. I have tried to contact Priority1 several times to lodge a complaint on the salesman. I can never get anyone one the phone @ Priority1. Last person I spoke with told me that they would have HR email me. I am still waiting for that email. Charlie- Weirton,WV"

"Priority1 is AMAZING. Carson, my account manager, managed my shipments and ensured they were picked up and delivered on time. He goes the extra mile and even called drivers the day of pick up and drop off to confirm the shipment was on time. I am a small business with infrequent shipments, but Priority 1 made me feel like a big time player with the attention they gave me. Every employee I've spoken too has been extremely helpful as well as patient. Let's just say I have no plans on switching my freight supplier anytime soon! Highly recommend!"

"Priority1 is 0 for 2 in delivering an item intact, both shipments had damage. Even though it's packaged well by the vendor and is clearly labeled as fragile, the box looks like it went through a warzone when it gets delivered."
