"Pathetic. Hackbarth was contracted as a white glove delivery service for a new treadmill. We spent $3,000 on this treadmill and the delivery service showed up without tools, brought it up piece by piece, assembled it without instructions, stripped the screws out and I can see 11 screw missing that they just threw away with the instructions before they left. A technician from the manufacturer is already scheduled to come out because the cup holders are falling out, the belt is skipping, and the monitor squeaks when in use. Absolutely the worst of the worst possible option for a delivery service."
