Jeff Bakke needs to do a major revamp starting with getting managers who have integrity, emotional intelligence, communication skills, leadership skills and patience with their employees!! "It’s great when you call the number on your card or places that accept this ‘insurance’ then you go to apply to those said places and then they deny you saying they don’t take your insurance. It’s also great when they just outright refuse to cover your medication costs. Especially when it costs over 2K per refill. This company literally is playing with your lives. And just like the other reviews you see on here any and every place will stare in confusion at your card and then have the nerve to ask if there’s another card to show. The only reason I’m with this provider is because of my job. Seek otherwise it will be less of a headache"

"An absolute abomination. They cannot process claims in 2 months. They leave clients hanging for heath insurance. It too 2+months for me to get a simple infusion. Now they want to change the pharmacy and provider on my insurance and it's taken another 2 months to figure this out! So extremely frustratin"

Also app never works, can’t search doctors in network. I really wish that my company would stop trying to save money and use an actual insurance provider. Avoid at all cost."
