"Not really understanding why this company has such good reviews. After contacting this company over two months ago, I was told to send them an email describing the sign job that we needed, which I did in detail. I was contacted by a representative and a week later he told me he was going to go to the office site to look at the building and give me a quote for the work. He even called me that day letting me know he had been there and would give me a quote that afternoon. I never recieved a quote, and did not hear anything back for over 2 weeks. Finally I call the company back and spoke to this employee and he apologized repeatedly and said that I would get the quote emailed that same afternoon. I recieved nothing. Two weeks later (today) I called the office again asking for the employee (josh) that I spoke to. The person who answered the phone told me Josh is out of town in Shreveport. He asked me for my company name and tells me he cannot find any kind of work order in their system for my company at all. Then he asks me to send me all the info on the work that I need done. I inform him that I had already sent a detailed email to info@whatleysigns, which is what Josh would have needed to use in order to visit the office site and write up the quote in the first place. When I asked him why I needed to write another email when they should have the original one his answer was "well Josh is out of town, so you need to write an email so I can get it to our sales people." No apology, just wanted me to jump through more hoops after being blown off for a couple months. This was not a small job either. A lit roadside billboard sign, building signs, and vinyl graphics on all our glass doors. Or company has over 20 offices in Oklahoma, and I've dealt with many sign companies to get our signage work done, and I've never been treated like this. After ending the call, I was so confused about the good reviews and the unprofessional attitude, I had to leave a realistic review to warn others."

I live nearly 1,000 miles from Texarkana, and hired Whatley to remove an existing sign that I purchased there locally through an online auction. Whatley not only removed it but they also stored it indoors for me for over a month until I could arrange shipping. The price they quoted for the job was very very fair and they also safely loaded it onto a trailer for the shipper. The good news is, once it arrived home I discovered that they had originally built the sign so I knew that it would be quality built with no surprises.
