"I highly recommend that you DO NOT get your insurance through this agency. I've made my payments on time and have been on auto payments for my entire time with them. I decided to move my car insurance due to the high rates that this agency provided. I kept my home owners policy with them. Apparently I had a balance for my car of $69, but I received zero communications about this. No emails, bills, or calls. I was notified that there was a collection issue on my credit report and I instantly called and asked about this. I asked why a call was never made and she didn't give me a good reason. They call me when they have questions, but somehow can't call me when I have been a bill. It's safe to say that I will be moving my home owners insurance ASAP. Please don't waste your time with this agency."

"Very expensive. Wont get anything done until you give them a follow up call to make sure they did what you asked. They somehow "forgot" to add a policy that I paid for. When it came time to cancel all of my policies it wasn't taken care of on time and got hit with charges that noone had an explanation for. Failed to cancel life policy after 2 weeks of request. Very hard to get ahold of very unproffessional. Very irritated customer."
