"I’m not one to post reviews much, but after my appointment today I knew I had to. I had my first appointment in 5 years today. I was extremely anxious with how long it had been since I had an appointment. Kylie was my hygienist and immediately put me at ease. The conversation was easy and didn’t feel forced. She made sure I was comfortable at all times through the appointment. She also did well at educating me, without making me feel stupid or like I failed. I left the appointment feeling like we were best friends, even though I had literally just met her an hour prior. I thought for sure I would have gotten a lecture about how long it had been since my last appointment. Wrong again! Only thing said was “it’s nice to see you again” and I felt they genuinely meant it. I had some concerns, and Dr. Durand was quick to put my mind at ease, while also pointing out some issues. He made sure to explain everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. While I don’t live in Wabasha anymore, the service and professionalism at Wabasha Dentistry makes it well worth the hour drive to continue to go here."
