"I have had to occasions to meet with Tim, each about a year apart. Both of these instances was due to job change and the lapse between jobs where your medical insurance expires and the time to which a new employer insurance would start. His industry knowledge, helpfulness, and customer service / people skills are absolutely stellar as others have mentioned. The most interesting and useful talent he has is how he can translate the cost / offer through the exchange and how it is compared to other avenues you have available, again avenues that may not necessarily be through him. An amazing person, so if you ever have a need, at least give him 15 minutes, you will not regret it nor be pressured in to anything at all."
