"This is Not a minute clinic period they book all their appointments online and are never available for walkin's period super frustrating, and as I'm trying to figure out what to do with my daughter, who vomited in the parking lot on the way in the lady wouldn't stop talking to me about all of the other locations That I could drive to That. We're over 20 minutes away from where we were.."

"While Ann was the absolute worst “provider” I have ever had the misfortune of meeting, the Management is even worse for allowing her to still work there. After reading a few other complaints it seems mine is not so different and its been going on a while. She didn’t listen to me, tried to scare and intimidate me about safely prescribed meds being dangerous, took my temp in the ear I said hurt and in general spoke down to me. I am just coming due for my Covid booster and she said “you don’t have much protection left.” When I complained to Minute Clinic management I was again told that her aggressive conversations were part of the normal practice for someone with chronic conditions and trying to scare me was about medication interactions, the only part they did agree with me on was how she took my temperature. When I complained about the charge I was told that I still had to pay it. My whole visit was 10 minutes and she did absolutely nothing. So much for them telling me she would be retrained."

"We felt like unimportant cattle. Despite having an appointment, provider emerged a full 30 minutes late— at the MINUTE clinic. This is what’s wrong in healthcare, overbooking for profit and providers not even apologizing for not keeping their calendar commitments."

"This was by far the worst experience with a so-called health care professional. I was miserable for two weeks with terrible headaches and congestion with green discharge. I have had enough sinus infections to know when I need an Rx. Instead I was rudely instructed to put on a mask and given a lecture on Covid. After I stated that was not my reason for the appointment, it was done and I should have walked out. I knew it wasn’t going to improve with her attitude. Then I received the third degree about my lifestyle. Although, I don’t know why as Ann did not listen to a word I said. After a one minute examination, I was dismissed with “you have a cold.” Never had a cold that lasted more than five days or kept me out of work. I just wanted to get away from this unpleasant woman without compassion. She wouldn’t let me leave until my insurance was processed…. I have never had to wait for that before! While waiting for the insurance to go through, I mentioned that I know of people who have died from sinus infections. Her response: “well we could all die anytime from anything!” I am still in disbelief of that inappropriate response. Long story short I had to find a different provider, steroids were prescribed. I improved twelve hours later. Don’t waste your time on her negligent practices! I wouldn’t trust her with a pet cockroach!"

"The NP at the Waconia target clinic was completely unprofessional and disorganized. She was forcing herself on top of my son when he didn't want to open his mouth for the strep test. She did not talk to him once, or explain what she was doing, of course he was scared. She started yelling at us that we only have a 20 minute time slot and the strep test takes 6 minutes to run. (We were on time for our appointment and only 5 minutes into it so I'm not sure why she was so stressed for time) I had to ask her to calm down and we ultimately left without a test completed. She was completely rude and disrespectful. My son is only 4 years old and this just put a terrible taste in his mouth. I've never been treated so poorly from a health care "professional". 0/5 stars. She then started lecturing me on taking him to a pediatrician office where multiple nurses can hold him down. He has NEVER had to be held down for anything. He is extremely compliant and well behaved. That is not a way to treat someone."
