"The main attraction at this park is 40+ years old. It's a great spacious park near the river and a walking trail goes past it. Kids will still have fun here but I personally wish it would get a major upgrade."

"A small town park that usually has a handful of people. Parking on site. A enclosed shelter is available. A handful of kids playground equipment. Basketball court. It is also Bicycle friendly with a bike stand and a bicycle maintenance stand with a variety of bicycle tools. Sits next to the West fork of Des Moines River along a bicycle/walking trail."
"Nice city park. There's a bike/pedestrian trail that runs through it next to the river. There are a plethora of playground options for kids, including some that are rare these days, like metal slides and merry-go-rounds. There is a nice picnic shelter and tennis courts. There are also flush toilets. Seems like people like to visit on clear nights to watch the sun go down. There are also some interesting historical monuments on the North side of the park."
