"My review is as relates to this firms handling of an eviction case at my rental property in Little Rock, AR. This attorney's office started the eviction on 08/21/23 at the request of my management company, Evernest Property Management, and the tenant moved out of their own free will simply because they felt like it on 01/24/24, with no end in sight on the side of the eviction. From a property owner standpoint, the unreasonable delay in processing this eviction was all due to a complete lack of communication and consistent miscommunication between my property management company, and this attorney's office, specifically Jasmine Hicks, who is listed as a paralegal. Additionally, I emailed Jasmine on numerous occasions to try and assist, get information and/or speed up the process and each time I was met with the same lack of urgency and disregard for my time/situation. As far as evictions go I would never use this office again nor recommend them to any else."
