The Forster Community Center, located at 404 First Avenue in Rock Rapids, Iowa, is a versatile venue available for a variety of events. Special rates are offered for church events, individual and family fundraisers, and government rentals, while regular rates apply to all business and organization rentals, fundraisers (excluding individual and family), and governmental rates.

Payment of the rental fee and damage deposit is required prior to use, with a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 for wedding reservations. A separate $150.00 damage deposit must also be paid in a separate check before obtaining the key, which will be returned after the building is determined to be clean and undamaged.

The Community Center is a smoke-free building and must be left clean and without damages after use. All doors must be locked upon leaving, and the key returned to the drop box at the Rock Rapids City/Utility Offices. Decorations may not be affixed to the walls, and no pets are allowed unless approved by a Committee member.

Alcoholic beverages are only served by the Rock Rapids Firefighters Inc., who hold the liquor license for the Center. No one under 21 years of age may be served alcohol, and it may not be consumed outdoors on the premises. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the denial of future requests for use of the Center. Thank you for helping us maintain this beautiful location for many years to come.
