"Very rude behavior"
"Had to GO GET my package at the FEDEX DISTRIBUTION CENTER, which FedEx DRIVER didn't leave on my front porch, probably because it was a heavy and he did not want to lift it. This has happened twice. Very frustrating to have to go to the distribution center, wait for the truck to return, just to get my delivery. Delivery driver didn't ring my doorbell either day - on the 2nd day he just stuck a sticker on my door and walked away."
"I needed to send a package next day to Maryland for work. I didn't have any of the packing materials. The person who was helping me make sure that the item I was sending would not be damaged in transit. It also included insurance if it was damaged. I got a confirmation number and was able to give it to my coworker. They let me know via the tracking number that it was delivered and my coworker let me know they received the item on damaged. Great service as always and a great way to get something somewhere fast and intact."
