"This pharmacy used to be the worst, but CUB finally got their act together. They have a solid (albeit small) staff that’s been in place for quite some time now. It seems well-managed with the proper systems in place, and they work with you to problem solve. It is now my favorite pharmacy! There was a time when I didn’t think of a pharmacy as a place where good customer service was a factor at all, so…I think this team stands out! (Also, thanks Obamacare patient-centered care mandate). Keep in mind, though, shoestring staffing requires your patience when they’re busy. This team is focused and efficient, but a customer crush simply takes time to process. Thank you to all of you!"
