"Delivery driver completely mishandled my husband's "controlled substance" tier medication and left it on the front porch of the wrong house without even leaving it with anyone! It sat overnight on the front step. Thankfully it was a neighbor who knew us and reached out and notified us of the error but this was a HUGE mishandling of controlled substances. I reached out to Capsule and they said they couldn't get a hold of their driver so there wasn't anything they could do. We promptly switched from Capsule about a year ago. Great idea in theory but in practice, absolutely awful."

"As a walk up pharmacy these guys are great. Courteous, helpful and a fun business to deal with. However, their business model is built around delivering downtown, and they mess that up every single time. If you are in a downtown building that requires any kind of special instructions, you can be guaranteed the driver won’t read them. I hope they figure it out because I’d love to try them again."
