"I had such a great experience with my Hunks! We had a last minute pivot in the moving plan and they quickly worked to get me an extra truck. I was so grateful for their kindness, attention to the fragile things, and being able to shift their schedule to accommodate my needs. Customer service at it's best! "I’ve used college hunks in my previous move and had a great experience. This go around was not the same. I had 3 movers, one of which who appeared qualified and knew what he was doing. Two of them were extremely careless with my belongings. I witnessed them drop my couch onto the gravel, leaving a hole in the corner. I also witnessed one drop my nightstand in the gravel, after I offered assistance to help move. (I was actively helping and offering to help). This is extremely disappointing. Additionally, I had BREAKABLE on boxes and they would stack them 4-5 boxes high on their dolly and roll them out to my porch that has 2 steps and they’d just push them down those stairs. I feel the breakable ones should had been more carefully. Due to the stacking, boxes would fall over while they were waiting on being adding onto the moving truck. This resulted in more broken items of mine. They would store mirrors on gravel and the bottom of a huge mirror of mine is scratched to pieces. I paid for disassemble and assemble of my beds, well, I ended up doing it because they did not seem competent enough to know how. In fact, they stored the screws and pieces to my bed in one of their pockets after I offered them a ziplock bag to hold them. My beds ended up not making it through the move with all the necessary screws. Overall, this move with college hunks was a terrible experience resulting in damages worth thousands of dollars. I hope this is an ethical company who will call me back to discuss these issues."

"Our College Hunks experience was really wonderful. The guys were polite, hardworking, funny, and kind. We moved out of state, which was a move we were nervous about, and they were positive and reassuring to me and my kids that all would be great in our new town.
