"Great hiking trails for all ages and activity levels (both gently sloped paved trails and winding hilly dirt trails!) Plenty of good horse areas and multiple campgrounds to fit your families needs! (Tent areas, RV areas, and even primitive campsites that are private and tucked away that give you a feeling like being in the middle of nowhere!) Campground bathrooms are very clean and well maintained too!"
"Beautiful State Park with lots of different hiking opportunities (Mt. Tom is a must), great Camper Cabins and the Park has a fishing pier."
"Awesome park that has a lot to offer. Great campgrounds, camper cabins, swim beach, day use area. Good trails with hiking/biking and horseback riding. Well paved roads that lead to good views and vistas. Place has an interpretive center and an easy hike to Mount Tom overlook. Also, maybe the best modern group camp in the state."
"Sibley state Park is one of our favorite places. We love the beach and all the trails it has to offer! The sign is basic which I wish it was more fun since we take photos by the park entrance but that's ok. We stayed at the campground farther away from the beach and we LOVE it. Seclude and well in the woods. Some spots are not as much but for majority it is like that. We came back to this park. This last time we saw so much wildlife, the visitor center we liked to hang out by. Sit by the pond, and we found lots of berries. Sibleys beach was so much fun, spent days there. It does have lots of seaweed but we're able to find spots that didn't have it. There is a spot where dogs can play too off to the side of the pier where people are not. So much more you explore too"
"The walking/hiking trails are very nice and offer some beautiful views. The swim beach is clean and the lake has a nice firm bottom. In the Lakeview Campground, there is no direct path thru the campground to the shower room so more people cut thru occupied sites than any campground that I have ever been to. They were all respectful and quick about it so it really was not that big of a deal. But if that is something that bothers you it would be best to avoid the sites directy to the left of the shower room on the map."
