"As someone who heavily relies on google reviews for renting a place, I thought i’d leave one her since the previous ones are years ago. Hillcrest has been very nice to live in, they’re clean, well kept, and our until was fully renovated when we moved in (new appliances, paint, cabinets, carpet, etc.) Cory was the property manager who was kind and approachable. I know he must’ve left recently and they hired someone new, i can’t say much about her yet as she’s pretty new. The apartments are quiet but i’d warn you that they are next to train tracks. We have gotten used to the train passing so the sound of it doesn’t bother us much anymore. Laundry room on 2nd and 3rd floor, gym on first floor and an outdoor pool that’s really popular. All these are cleaned well. Underground parking for extra money per month. Winter plowing was slow besides cleaning where the cars drive through but they did do a few full clean outs when it got bad. Maintainace is fast although he’s a bit standoffish. Overall, I've loved living here."
