"Would never recommend this pharmacy anymore. I go to this cub foods for most everything I need but will never go back. The lady working there tonight was EXTREMELY rude and had a horrible attitude. I was just trying to fill my dogs prescriptions and she got very angry and treated me like I was stupid for asking simple questions. I have contacted store management and corporate Cub Foods because nobody working in the public should treat people like this. I am very displeased and will NEVER go back there!"

"I would not recommend this pharmacy if your medication is considered a "Controlled Substance." They will treat you like a drug addict that is trying to get something illegal. Almost every month I feel shamed to go pick up a prescription for a medication I've been taking for over a 10 years. Update. Went to a different cub pharmacy and had no issues and great service. Had a mix up and my prescription this month was accidentally sent over here again. I'm having to have my nurse call for a second time to "approve" my prescription. I just wonder if this treatment would be the same if I looked more like the people working there..?"
"I had such a wonderful experience and smooth to get my prescriptions when I transferred them from a different pharmacy. The customer service was excellent and they really were present for the needs of the patient! (aka me!)"
"Seems that this pharmacy has a biased set of team members working there. Every person of color, recorded, coming for service was either laughed at and treated as if they were not entitled to the same service as others that aren't of color. Manager of pharmacy sat right beside the techs in the process and didn't do anything to correct their behavior or attitude. I would suggest hiring people who understand that medical needs are a right for ALL and should be treated as such. Won't recommend in the future . Even with a special needs child. I did nothing was not.rude.only went to retrieve hiseds from a urgent care visit and was laughed at and treated very bad. But noticed ppl not.of color were treated with the utmost respect."
