"I am a current and also a former resident of Parkside Apartments in Eagan. I loved living here at Parkside so much that I returned after almost 20 years after selling my home! It’s not always easy making the transition back to an apartment living situation and Parkside’s Area Manager, Nicole, and her office staff have been truly exceptional in their kindness and prompt handling of any requests! It gives me peace of mind knowing that my concerns are their concerns and their goal is to make Parkside the absolute best it can be! Thank you, Nicole, and staff!"

"Since new management took over last summer everything has gone downhill. Snow removal has been nonexistent this winter and lot was often left very icy and dangerous. Clean up in common areas is not done and building is full of cobwebs, leaves and dust. In addition now garbage and water and sewer are no longer included. Not only are you paying the utilities but a $20 set up fee for the service they use for billing in addition to $7 in monthly fees. New owner is awful!"

"Been living here for a year now. Under previous Management DH Guastafson, they were awesome until the sold this part of the properties to Monument Real Estate Services based in Florida. These new managers in signing of my new lease lost my renters insurance and charged me for not having it without notifying me then claimed they never had it on file yet under previous management they had all of that information. Next these crooks started charging me utilities (DH Never charged for utilities) under a 3rd party billing which under my lease they do not get to decide who I pay utilities too and conveniently billed me Christmas eve through a 3rd party company called Conservice due new years day conveniently when hours are limited due to covid and now holiday hours or closed due to covid or holidays . At no time did I sign or agree or given the option to go with said 3rd party which was never mentioned in this lease. Can't wait for October"

"I have lived here about 6 months. The office personnel is excellent! They have been accommodating and supportive! The apartments are wonderful. The location is perfect. I love having a garage and private entrance. Tons of cabinet space and counter space. Will definitely rent again!"
