"Customer Service here is terrible, the least accommodating hotel I’ve ever dealt with. The shuttle service is unreliable and not even worth planning on. Highly recommend looking at other places to stay rather than here. Way better options for the price you pay."

"Very nice place. BUT, if you plan on taking a shuttle find a different place. When we returned from our vacation we called the number on the business card they gave us and was told the driver clocked out for the day. I asked him what are our options do we have and he said taxi, Uber or Lyft. We paid for the parking for a week to utilize the shuttle to and from the airport. We ended paying an extra $30 for the taxi. If you plan on using a facility that has shuttle service, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEl. I would suggest using La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Minneapolis Bloomington W, wish we would have stayed there!"

"Been staying here since they opened, but will think twice about staying here again. This place charges $10 for parking but no places to park because all the "prime" parking spots are taken by long-term airport parkers. These airport parkers should be instructed to park at the extreme ends of the garage instead of making your paying customers park in the boonies if any spots are even open. Very disappointed in seeing all the snow-covered cars that hadn't been moved for a long time. It was extremely cold when we stayed and even though we had a handicap permit, nothing was available. This hotel also shares parking with the hotel next door, so this makes parking virtually impossible if both are filled up. There is also a huge outlet mall to the north and this parking area is also for their customers. When we returned from dinner late at night, a handicap spot had opened up but I don't know what we would have done if one hadn't opened up. We're older people and walking several blocks in extreme cold would not have been an option. Prefer to stay at a hotel where we don't have to share parking with airport long-term parkers."

"My wife & I were going on vacation & picked this hotel specifically for the park & fly. We got to the hotel about 3:00 PM, checked in, and asked about the shuttle to the airport in the morning. They wouldn't take early reservations for the shuttle so that is why we checked in early. Our first two choices to go the airport they said were already booked so we had to take a shuttle 2 hours earlier than we wanted. I thought that was strange that they were already booked since they supposedly didn't take any earlier reservations for the shuttle. Then when we returned from our vacation we called for a pick-up at the airport & they told us it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. This was at 9:00 PM so we wouldn't get picked up until 10:30, then had to drive to the hotel to get our vehicle, and then we had a 3 hour drive home. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY!!! We ended getting an Uber back to the hotel since we didn't want to wait. We were told when we booked the room that the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. VERY DISAPPOINTED & won't every stay at this hotel again."

"Very nice and clean rooms. Definitely didn’t like the shower head 4 settings and they all sucked. Breakfast was ok but the fruit selection and hot items. Bananas and oranges you can definitely tell they was getting their money’s worth from them. Eggs and turkey sausage, the patties looked boiled. Oatmeal looked delicious with all the extra toppings they had."
